Placing an order:
Orders may be placed via Fax, Phone, Email, or contacting a local sales rep.
A customer representative will notify you when your order is ready to ship and if any backorders should be kept. Credit card orders will be charged only when the order is ready to ship. We only charge you for what is invoiced (plus shipping), not for what is backordered.
Minimum order $250. A $10.00 handling fee will apply to order under $250.
Prices are based on a $13.00-14.00 silver market and are subject to change.
Backorders – out of stock items will be automatically backordered unless otherwise specified.

• 30 day credit terms upon approval. Please allow three weeks for processing once we have received your credit application.
Shipping:
Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. All UPS Air options are available.
Returns:
• Any claims must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving our shipment.
• Items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on the circumstances.
• Any jewelry that has been worn, altered or engraved is not returnable.
• You must call or email for an RA # for any returns.
Care of Sterling Silver jewelry:
There is a lifetime Guarantee on the plating finish of our Rhodium Plated products, except where skin allergies apply. Occasionally we produce items without Rhodium plating to preserve the aesthetic look of the product (ie:oxidized silver, Marcasite products, etc) Traditional sterling, which has no treatment or plating, can be cared for with a polishing cloth or sterling cleaner. For best results, sterling should be stored in an airtight container or zip-lock bag. Do not dip oxidized sterling silver in a cleaner as it will remove the oxidation. Sterling silver that has been plated with gold, rhodium for a platinum look or with sterling for a brighter finish should not require cleaning. Plated sterling is considered "anti-tarnish".
